LESS THAN 4 weeks to Latin Quarter LIVE. Come along and be transported to Cuba for one night with Conjunto Malecon @The Clubbee, 20 Arthurstone Terrace, Dundee DD4 6RS on Saturday 13th June. Join us for a celebration of 23 years of Azul Wasi ( children’s home in Peru) and Latin Quarter fund raising.
Can’t dance, no worries, we have a beginners salsa taster class. The band are fantastic to listen too even if you don’t want to dance. Music will be, Salsa, Son, bachata and a splash of kizomba. There will be dance line ups, a performance and a raffle too.
There are a limited number of tickets, online is cheaper in advance, tickets will STOP online on Thursday 11th June. On door tickets are £20 CASH ONLY, if available. Children can attend, see event for more details.
Tickets : £15 advance online ticket, £20 on the door (CASH ONLY if any tickets left).
Children can also attend, £10 a ticket accompanied with adult ticket holder and need to be supervised by an adult.

There will be a limit on numbers for the room, so get your ticket before they sell out ! LAST CHANCE to buy online tickets will be MIDNIGHT on Thursday 11th June to allow admin time. There will be an optional donation facility when you purchase tickets online if you would like to contribute to the Azul Wasi children’s home.

Events details : Doors open at 8pm, event starts at 8pm with a taster beginners salsa class @ 8.15pm and then we party until midnight with dancing, animations (line up) & a performance. The band will play 2 sets, starting around 9pm. DJ Sarita will also be playing bachata, salsa & a splash of kizomba. The venue has a large dance floor and a licensed bar with a card machine. There will be a pre drawn fund raising raffle for Azul Wasi in the break. The night is celebrating 23 years of the Azul Wasi (formerly Blooming Colibri) homes in Peru and Latin Quarter fund raising classes & events. Come and spice up your life ! and help raise money for Azul Wasi at the same time.
DRESS CODE – Cuba ! (optional) – Red, white & blue or Club Tropicana attire or anything Cuba inspired, tropical ! There will be a Cuban themed photo booth for anyone to use.
Any photos or videos taken by Latin Quarter photo/videographers could be posted to Facebook/ social media after the event. Anyone who does not wish to be on photos/videos please make this known to photo/videographer on the night or send message to Sarah Salsa on messenger with link asking for it to be removed.
